Net Or Collection of Holes

Read an interesting description by Julian Barnes in his book “Flaubert’s Parrot” about how to define a net - “a collection of holes tied together with string”, that triggered my imagination. Isn’t each of us (365 project members) like a great mysterious hole tied up by this project?

@pam1 @taffy @angelat @pflaume @grannysue Thanks all, I was running around our waterfront to find a net since I read the paragraph about the net on the train to work. I am so glad that I found one. It was lunch time with bright sunshine. I set the shutter speed manually very high so to get nothing showing behind the holes. The rope was to add variation to the photo.

Good thought and good capture! I think the people on 365 have a little more substance than a hole though- but I do like the image of all of us being tied together.
