@pam1 So esoteric – funny that I was thinking when I was meditating at gym (too busy that I have to be multi-tasking) that nothing is permanent, happiness or sadness, they are going to appear and disappear in cyclical fashions. When I write this down, it is so obvious; the challenge is apply it to my daily life.
