Study Van Gogh's "A Pair of Shoes"

I just discovered a way for me to study the great paintings. Try to imitate the composition and lighting of the paintings, I got to know the painting better.
Looks closely at Van Gogh’s shoes, the person who owned the shoes had two left feet (or foot – English, I am never sure which one to use).
Feet would be right in my book - or is it beek and a foot! I remember this painting - difficult to get exactly the same shoes. But we could do the background?

Great photo idea and good shot!

Left feet is correct- since two is more than one, it's a plural, so the plural form of foot (feet) must be used. So that's your mini English lesson for the day. As for your art lesson, you have done an excellent job! And I'm glad to see your shoes have one of each!

Yao....this is a clever idea! You are not lacking creativity yet!!!! And I like how you copied the shoe lace design to match the painting!!!!!

Two left feet means that you are no good at dancing. I like what you did with the laces to match the painting. So clever.

Imitation is the highest form of flattery. Can't wait to see your selfie of the Mona Lisa.

@kathiecb Finger crossed, it may come with that undecipherable look and extra pair of glasses.
