Today, Wellington is ranked by the global Deutsche Bank study the best city in the world, for its low pollution, low commute traffic time, low cost of living, low healthcare cost… a lot of lows, I shall add low self-consciousness, you can wear anything on the street. No one cares.

Interesting commentary ....our concepts of beauty are certainly controlled by the fashion of the day. I think in the day of the painter Peter Paul Rubens 1577–1640...this bottom may well have constituted his ideal female form...voluptuous.
