On my pre-work walk round the block. Coldish but not as cold as some days last week.
Slightly restless night but not quite as disturbed as recently which was good and worries stayed away a bit. Spoke to the 3rd plumber who hopes to work something up costing-wise by midweek.
R and C across the way have been having a poor time of it with R having a mystery ailment, so ordered a bunch of flowers for them. And N should be turning up tomorrow with my sister's Christmas cake.
Mum's actual birthday, spoke to her and found she'd braved the cinema to see West Side Story - good stuff.
Out & about early this morning!! Well done mum that would be a treat for her on her big day. London is busy early….everybody still in bed round here at that time if the morning…..oh except Harry who walks for the paper at that time.
