I tend to take lots of photos of objects rather than people, so this one is my reminder that I need to remedy that. Taken on my birthday whilst out with my beautiful daughters...
My fav shot of the week as I got inspiration from someone else's post of the day and quickly recreated the effect in a fun way - plus my youngest thought I'd chopped my arm off or put a hole in the bottom of his beaker - lol.
My favorite photo this week was actually this one that I took today. I was just glad that I could get him so nice and clear against all the great bokeh in the background.
This is my favorite because the expression on this bird's face seemed to tell me that it was sick and tired of me pointing my camera at him... it just made me laugh
I like the melancholy feel of this, even if it celebrates a chocolate rabbit. I have been away from photography for too long and was way out of touch. I also am exploring the capabilities of my new camera, a Fuji XT1, and my ability to use its settings. I have had it only a couple of weeks and time is limited for use, so I was pleased with the way this turned out. The ribbon is from around the rabbit's neck.
