…that’s all it took for me to fall in love! When the Blue Enchantress casts her spell, there’s no turning back. She draws you in with her glowing, blue petals and keeps you captive with her ruby-black stems. She’s a re-bloomer, so the hypnotic trance lasts and lasts. With this heart-shaped flower head on this magical Hydrangea, a love spell never looked so good!
I challenged myself to capture this scene using my 35mm prime lens (the equivalent of a 50mm lens on my Nikon D7100) with no editing, so this image is posted exactly as it came out of the camera. You can read about the fun nf-sooc-2015 challenge here:
