Thank you, Lord, for sunlight in the woods all the while snow fell.
Such unique weather today! Driving home, I felt it looked like Christmas with all the big snowflakes floating around out there. When I got home and opened the back door to let little Marley go outside, I found golden sunshine peeking through the clouds and illuminating the woods as snowflakes continued to fall — a magical moment!

You make the whole scene sounds so delightful. It seems that you have had a lot of snow recently. I am glad that you are still able to delight in it. The capture, meets the brief so well - simple and delightful.
Hi, Janet! Thanks for your welcome. I always love your images and thoughts. This one is just beautiful with the fresh snow. We haven't seen a flake all winter here in the Texas panhandle. In fact, we are in a severe drought, praying that the Lord will send us some moisture.
