After getting us students all revved up about the amazing flavor of rose geranium jelly, that teacher in my jelly-making class passed out a recipe — along with the fact that rose geranium plants aren't easy to come by here in the 'burgh. Thanks to Google, two got delivered today; and I have high hopes for them! With any luck, I'll be serving pretty little jars of rose geranium jelly alongside my lemon verbena jelly this Summer. I'd better buy extra muffins!
