This, one of just a few rhododendrons remaining, brought a huge smile to my face! Once upon a time, our garden contained dozens of "rhodies;" but we've since learned that our many underground springs don't make them happy. Most lost their struggle to survive with wet feet, but the five in the pool wall bed fight each year to hang on. This year, look! Survival with wet feet AND flowers!
I praise you, Lord, for the unexpected rhododendron flowers!
