Maxwell House by kannafoot

Maxwell House

This beautiful stone house was built in 1755 by the Reverend Samuel Maxwell. The building is now the oldest brick building still standing in Warren, RI. The brickwork is an example of the Flemish bond style and makes the structure distinctive in appearance. For processing, I combined several soft light overlays coupled with a series of level and hue adjustments to accentuate the bricks. No background texture was added to this photo
What a gorgeous building!
