I, along with 46% of the homes in Rhode Island, heat with natural gas. I also cook with natural gas, and have a gas clothes dryer. Every three years, National Grid sends inspectors to check the integrity of gas pipes leading into the gas meter. Just as I was about to head out for today's "photo a day" shot, the meter inspector arrived and quickly became today's photo subject. The process took all of about three minutes.
Post processing started with a brilliant warm filter in Topaz Adjust. I then adjusted adaptive exposure, regions, and protect highlights. A levels adjustment was added in PSE.
