For today's photo, I stopped by India Point Park in Providence. Almost immediately I spotted this college student catching some sun and doing some reading in a quiet section along the river. I found it interesting that he was taking advantage of the partial shade cast by the sliver of a shadow from that high tension line pillar. Even in the sun, though, it was a comfortable day with reasonable temperatures and low humidity. A light breeze off the water helped.
Post processing started with a brilliant cold filter in Topaz Adjust. I then adjusted adaptive exposure, contrast, protect highlights, adaptive saturation, and color regions. A levels adjustment and a sepia photo filter were added in PSE.
