When the Fish Aren't Biting

This gentleman visits Sabin Point Park almost every afternoon, just to relax for a bit. When the fish are biting, he will typically be here fishing for stripers or blues. Now, though, he says the water is a bit too warm for them, so he's biding his time until late summer and early fall when the larger fish head up the river again. Today's weather was overcast with some occasional light showers, but that didn't stop his daily visit.

Post processing started with a classic filter in Topaz B&W FX. I adjusted color sensitivity sliders, adaptive exposure, boost black, boost white, contrast, and regions. A levels adjustment and sepia photo filter were added in PSE.

Here's the high res version in Smugmug: http://kannafoot.smugmug.com/Photo-Challenges/PAD2013/i-vRqvc2q/0/XL/2013%2007%2023_0011%20copy-XL.jpg
Looks a very nice place to relax.
