Tucked Into the Cove

Today's photo journey took me back to Haines Point Park. Driving around to where I normally park, I caught a glimpse of this rowboat hidden in the reeds on the far side of the cove. I really liked the soft wavy growth surrounding the boat, and decided that would be the photo. There was just enough of a breeze to cause a ripple in the water, so the reflections I'd hoped for never appeared. It still made for a nice soft focus type scene, though.
Post processing started with a warm tone smooth filter in Topaz B&W FX. I adjusted color sensitivity sliders, adaptive exposure, and contrast. A levels adjustment was added in PSE.
