Last week I posted a photo showing the leak that developed in the pipe leading out of my garbage disposal unit. It turns out there were two separate problems in the piping and the entire setup is now being replaced with PVC. That's our plumber under the sink doing it now, in fact. One of the pleasures of home ownership is the steady flow of unanticipated random expenses. August's gift to the debit column came a bit late in the month, but it still managed to sneak in with a week to spare.
Post processing started with a classic filter in Topaz B&W FX. I adjusted color sensitivity sliders, adaptive exposure, regions, contrast, boost white, and protect highlights. A levels adjustment was added in PSE.
