Amidst the Ruins

Knowing that I had a day full of meetings, I stopped at India Point on my way into work. I was planning on photographing some of the sailboats just off shore, but changed my mind when I saw this swan swimming in the still waters between these ruined pilings. I'm guessing he's used to being fed. As soon as I stepped to the edge, he swam over and kept staring at me, presumably waiting for me to toss some food into the water.
Post processing started with a neutral filter in Topaz B&W FX. I adjusted color sensitivity sliders, adaptive exposure, regions, contrast, boost black, boost white, and protect highlights. A levels adjustment was added in PSE.
