Stacked and Ready for Storage

Most of the picnic tables at Lincoln Woods State Park have been stacked against the nearest trees to each campsite for the last couple of weeks. I'm not sure I understand the concept, to be honest. I've never seen them leave the tables stacked like this over the winter, and I doubt it's to provide easy cleaning. It's a curious practice, but it does make for an interesting photo.
Post processing started with a neutral filter in Topaz B&W FX. I adjusted color sensitivity sliders, adaptive exposure, regions, contrast, boost black, boost white, details, and protect highlights. A levels adjustment was added in PSE.
