@crickle1969 @bkbinthecity @sls @kerristephens @dmariewms Thanks Crickle, Brian, Angie, Kerri and Marie- I was truly playing around with this one. I'd taken it in b/w, and wondered what would happen if I purposely over exposed it in the post processing. I liked what happened to the teapot, so I kept going- added the Adjustable Threshold effect and bumped up the black, then put the Heat Map Combustion effect on top which gave it that yellow color. So there you have it and it is what it is.

@cimes1 Thanks Carole! This, like many other shots, came about through experimenting- something I love to do with digital because you can so easily erase the things that don't work!

@olivetreeann Lately I've been have problems ---off and on--with Picnik not saving my edits. It's doing it again today, frustrating!! It's never done this before until about 4 days ago. I love to experiment with certain photos.
January 11th, 2012
@cimes1 I would definitely contact them about that! How frustrating!

This has quite a "retro" feel to it. Like the processing.
January 15th, 2012
@kloud Thanks Bonnie! I didn't start out with the intention of finishing up this way, but that's usually how it is when I fool around with the effects.
