Sun and Shadow

I was more excited about posting my alphabet picture today and wasn't sure what I was going to post as my daily shot. I tried a few different subjects, but wasn't satisfied with anything. Then, in the late afternoon while chatting on the phone with a friend from church, I happened to see the setting sun making some lovely shadows on my curtains in the bedroom. So there I am sitting on the end of the bed with the phone in one hand and the camera in the other, talking and snapping away. Yup, I'm a 365er!

I love how "spontaneous" this capure is. often the best shots come out that way: you notice something interesting, take the camea and click: no planning, just like that
