I am hosting two challenges at the moment- Eye of the Beholder 73 (see second album) and Album Cover Challenge 72. Since my submissions don't qualify, I was able to bend the rules for my entry on the Album Cover. Although I hadn't intended to post a shot for this challenge, I was looking something up on Wikipedia today and the random article which came up was The Scotland National Football Team- Scotland's premiere soccer team. They play in both The World Cup and the UEFA Championships, but not the Olympics. Their fans are known as "The Tartan Army".
The album title is where I broke the rules (but who care's? I'm not qualified to participate this time around since I'm hosting it!). I was researching two well-known singers whose birth-names were not suitable for "star-material" and so they were changed. While reading up on Henry John Deutschendorf Jr. I came across a quote about photography that I really liked. (Believe it or not turns out he was an avid amateur photographer!).
Photography is a way to communicate a feeling.
Soccer and a photography quote? Of course I had to throw an album cover together with that perfect combination!
