A Wing in the Wood

There is a piece of wood in our wood pile that has scarring from the chain saw which was used to cut it up. It made me think of angel's or butterfly wings. I converted it to sepia tone, over-layed a vintage effect, painted the sepia back in and then used the HDR effect in iPiccy to bring out the texture. It's not exactly what I was going for, but I kind of like it.
