A second test run for my photo club's January meeting. This is actually my shot. I'm not sure what was done to it before it was posted for the membership to play around with, but I can assure you it was not out of focus! So in order to process it for the club challenge I uploaded my original shot and then processed it the way I wanted to. I wanted to give a country feel.
love the processing. Had so much fun letting it all hang out with processing in Novemeber that I don't think I'm gonna stop entirely. picture on left reminds me of what happens when a picutre is shrunk, then enlarged. wierd, though.
@mcsiegle Thank you Mary! @kerristephens Thanks Kerri! @joansmor Thanks Joan! I don't know what they did but I'm not happy about it. You can't compensate for it when you go to process it. Plus it is actually a rectangular shot that they cropped to a square. I'm not too happy about that either! But I it's out of my control and I can't do much about it. The picture I worked with today had the same problem, so I think Francoise is on to something with her suggestion. @francoise Thanks Francoise! I think you might be right. I worked on another picture today that had the same problem. @nicoleterheide Thank you Nicole! @jocee Thank you Joce! @altadc Thank you Alta!
@summerfield Thanks Vikki! It was a really cool effect I found in my photo processing program and I just wanted a little more color back in it, so I had faded the original back in a bit and that's what happened. I thought it looked really neat!
Very cool processing, Ann. It looks like a country drawing. Something you'd see in those old calendars that would be hanging on the walls by the rotary phones (yes, I remember those!).
@kerristephens Thanks Kerri!

@jocee Thank you Joce!
@altadc Thank you Alta!
Thank you Sally!
Thank you Pyrrhula!
I learned tonight that it may be the way my computer is opening the pictures that is making them blurry- so I'll see if I can figure it out tomorrow.
