@777margo thank you Margo! @cruiser Thanks Chris! I like them both, but the farmers at the market only have the brown ones. Someone once told me the color of the shell is due to whatever the chickens are eating- but that was when I saw some green, blue and yellow tinged ones. I'll have to ask one of the farmers if that holds true for the brown and white versions.
