This is a frequent sight in my neighborhood. They often wake me up on weekend mornings with the blowing of a whistle shortly after 8AM. Arrrrgh! It's the middle of the night in my world!
My white noise machine saves my sanity at times like that.
Today, I thought they deserved to be shot, so I did this drive by on them later in the day. ;-)
