We have a family of these (Dunnock) with a nest nearby, and they are regular visitors. I spent some while today trying to get a shot of one of the adults feeding the fledgling, but alas no joy there. I did quite like this shot though.
As I have mentioned previously, these are often mistaken for sparrows, but they are quite distinctive when actually seen.
@shannejw@fbailey I've looked it up. Dunnocks are related to wrens, dippers, waxwings; sparrows of all kinds are in the same order but different family, related to African weavers.
