Class 66

One for the Trains album. A Class 66 diesel hauling a train of container bogeys (some with containers!) through Basingstoke, to the complete indifference of some passengers waiting on the platform.
Great shot. I guess I would have been indifferent if it had come through my station, I would just be wondering how late my train was going to be

Nice photo - but I'm afraid I'm a little underwhelmed by Class 66 diesel - is it something special?

@robz Quite common, but you don't often see them trundling through main line stations during the day.

@peadar I see - makes sense. I'm afraid we don't live near any railways. - so very ignorant. :) Cheers.
