SATURDAY MORNING TRAFFIC

Saturday morning came and we went to Rabat in Gozo for the morning. There is another place called Rabat and that is in Malta. Rabat is an Arabic name for suburb and you will find several places named like that in North Africa. The name comes from the days when Malta was under Arab rule between 870 AD and 1091 AD.
This is the main road that leads to Rabat centre. Traffic was intense as you can see.
