I went out on the 15th looking for photographic opportunities and the light was so bad. Normally when it is overcast the colors of the leaves show up better, but they didn't that day. Today it was sunny but the colors of the leaves seemed to be more vibrant.
@skipt07 Skip, in some parts of Canada they get this.....mostly in the east. Out west there are fewer maples, etc that give the reds so we get mostly yellow with some orange tinge (unless there's some sumac around that will give some red too). I grew up in Ontario and we had gorgeous colours from the deep reds to the oranges and yellows. I miss that out here in Alberta.
