A Wave Frozen In Time

I was amazed by what appears to be two frozen waves. I know that they aren't actually but look how this ice is buckling under pressure and there is some signs on the far one of it starting to crack.

Cool! There have been, on the news, some pictures of 'ice caves' formed on the edges of the great lakes with all this ice! They're pretty amazing.
