ah, here we come to june, the official start of summer. my theme for june is the CN tower. everywhere i go this month in toronto or surrounding areas, i will try to incorporate the CN tower in my photographs. so i will begin with this one.
the CN tower, which for a long time was the world's tallest/highest free standing structure before all those wannabe's in china and dubai, is located in the heart of downtown toronto's financial district, hence the skyscrapers in the photograph with it. this was taken from broadview avenue, 7.1 km. northeast of the tower's location.
it's a cloudless but hazy weather in toronto and the sun is still up in the horizon at 7:00 p.m.
@slang - impressed you with that choice of framing, didn't i? i'm almost wanting to pay the twenty or so dollars so i could have the mirror framing. but, i'll give this a go for now.
@danig - thank you, DG. blame @slang for the framing. hahaha!
You take really nice pictures..and I will have to follow you so I can see more of them..I live a bit too far to be in Toronto often. and with being retired with one vehicle only now I don't get to go into the big city that much.
@cscecil - thanks, CS.
@meggageg - thanks, meagan. and me, too, i can't wait to see what i'll come up with. :-)
@steeler -thank you, howard.
