this was the view that distracted me and lost track of time last thursday. the road ends at the a trail path running parallel to the shore. there's a bench, empty during this time of the year and i was looking at our office tower when i looked in my phone and saw 2:07 p.m. the ferry leaves in 8 minutes so i dashed for it. but i looked back and as i did that sailboat passed and i just had to take a photo, or two or three or four, just to make sure i got it right. i shall go back there when there's snow on the ground and i won't care if it's too cold. on the other hand, my camera might.

Oh it's not fair - we see the most gorgeous views when we can't even take the time to take as many photo's as we really want.
