Snow is melting creating tiny to humongous puddles. I flipped this so the buildings are upright. You can see the top of the large mound of snow still to melt at the bottom of the photo.
Thanks for your kind comments and empathy for our exceeding long and cold, miserable winter. I do appreciate all of you sending *warm* thoughts our way!

Wow I would never have known thus was flipped! Great reflection! At least you have these enormous puddles from the snow melt enabling you to get such a fab shot so it's one good thing about your long winter! I'm a glass half full kind of gal! Lol! Fav!
Lovely flipped reflection....it actually makes it look quite sunny! Been sending lots of warm thoughts your way. If only I could package some sunshine and send it to you... :-)
I too like that subtle appearance of motion in this reflection shot. Viewed larger, a reflection of the trees can be seen in the plate glass window. Creative idea for a photo. Like the red door.
Thanks once again for dropping by to see another of my macro photos.
@maggiemae Our weather is improving! Hoping it's okay tomorrow as it's the 'turning green of the Chicago River" tomorrow for St Patrick's Day. Keeping fingers crossed that it will be good for photography! thanks for the kind wishes!!
Such a cool flipped shot. So glad that your weather is improving. It has been in the 80's and CA is still in drought mode with no rain in our forecast.
[& Happy Spring!]
It took me a minute to work out what you did!
Great shot.
