We visited this area, meeting one of the local citizens and his wife, toured his home and took photos as the sun set and lanterns were lit. I love the deep textures you've brought out in this one, the wide angle that makes me feel I am walking up this street (and I am!). I linked your red lanterns to my red lanterns but I will add this link now, too.
Oh gosh, what a stunning shot. So much to see here, dozens of photos in this scene alone. I really like the way you've composed the shot with the alley disappearing around that bend. The tuk-tuk gives added anachronistic interest too.
@golftragic Easily a place where with a macro and other lenses, and plenty of time, you could spend hours. We only had a little time there...tried to make the most of it.
