I'm still in the midst of the most tedious of tasks...moving files from Aperture to Lightroom and combining them onto one external drive and backing up to another. SO tedious...so I welcome (or seek) the occasional distraction of stumbling onto a shot I'd posted years ago and thinking about what I'd do differently today. So, here's one I ended up playing with...then decided to post since the only thing I have otherwise is another sunset (ho-hum).
Ha ha, I love the humour of this! I get the impression the skier has his eyes shut, which is kind of scary......but then I have a couple of totally blind friends who go skiing. When I asked them how on earth they manage that, they said a sighted person skis in front of them with a velcro looped band on their arm attached to the blind person's arm. When they move their arm for direction, the blind person follows.......I can't even do this stuff sighted!! Majorly impressive.
Sounds like hard work too! I’m still in Apples Photos and clueless as to what to do next or where to go. Lightroom has been purchased but I just stare at wondering what the heck to do with it, so I stay in Photos. Comfy blanket and all. Excellent update btw - super processing.
Good re-edit. Just when you get use to Lightroom, alone comes Luminar and McPhun. I have Lightroom but tempted to switch. Im still using i-photo to import.....LOL
Fun idea- I wonder what I'd do with some of my earlier pictures...an idea to save for a rainy day or when I get completely bored with posting another shot from the archives!
Clever processing.
