Inspired by one of the words for the day - England - in the labe-4-april theme. I have fond memories of visits there over the past few decades. My first trip was in grad school, my first time traveling alone - people were so friendly and engaging all over the country. My most recent was about 5 years ago, I had a great trip to Nottingham, Oxford, and London with my 10 year old niece. Those good memories and the ones in between, along with being a tea drinker who loves the idea of an afternoon tea break, are behind the photo I planned and took today.
I'm having fun processing in my main album, but don't want to lose the rhythm of taking/posting a photo each day as well.
I can't believe you have a frog teapot!! I have a friend who would go crazy over that. Well, such a lovely display in honor of the Brits and tea time- and English Breakfast tea is one of my favorites.
