OCOLOY Day 30: There are days when the news...

... is just too tiring to read.

This image is SOOC and is part of my ongoing OCOLOY project - you can read more about it in my post for 1 January and in my profile.

Viewing on black is crisper - but it's probably best not viewed at all...
Great shot but you are right, "Don't read it."

For the first time, I am glad that my French is not very good. :(

Ugh! We have to look at that face (and hear that name) every day. Very disgusting politics here.

Your commentary brought a smile.

I saw a programme on BBC during the week called the real Donald, what comes across is that the people who created division appeal to the disaffected, I think you have the same type of potential leader in France. Surely logic will prevail..

I hear enough about the man on TV here in Australia. If he was ours, well, I don't know what I'd do, besides feel total embarrassment.

LOL I think you are on to something! I don't understand his popularity myself. What surprises me even more is how the rest of the world is bombarded with new of him as well (from comments above). I'm glad I'm Canadian!

I totally agree

Depressing...I feel like we must be a laughingstock across the globe.

Le Figaro...what a cool name for a newspaper...nice shot and my sentiments entirely...

He's all over our news here in New Zealand too - ugh!

I agree whole heatedly.

Hopefully it will all be over soon.

Indeed it makes you wish for the good old days when peanut farmers and actors became president.

It is Presidential election time. And with the stooges we have running, I want to hibernate. You have the head stooge in your shot.

Provocative image Richard. Very interesting to read all the comments especially from our American friends.
January 31st, 2016
Oh my goodness, it's so depressing, and agree with @francoise
January 31st, 2016
Actually, from the comments, glad to see I'm in good company!

Boring, but is shaking up all the politicians. It is a long time until we get to vote.

Agree 100%. I'm with the other Americans who have commented...just utterly embarrassed by this presidential race that has been anything but presidential.

what I find most amusing is the rest of the world hears all about what is going on in America but America hears very little about what is going on in the rest of the world.

This country is on a slippery slope to...well you know where!
