OCOLOY Day 57: Auray - St. Goustan

This is a follow-on to yesterday's image and shows the view looking from the old port, down river towards the sea. These are the pleasure craft that overwinter in the port but in a just a few weeks time their numbers will be swelled by the summer visitors. The road bridge carries the Nantes- Brest motorway.

This image is SOOC and is part of my ongoing OCOLOY project - you can read more about it in my post for 1 January and in my profile. I'm also tagging this for B&W February

@pasttheirprime Thanks Kev - I'm actually about 8" above the water! If you look further along the bank, just beneath the building, you can faintly see some handrails which belong to steps leading down to the water - I'm on the bottom step of a similar set of steps.
