OCOLOY Day 89: A sneaky peak down the driveway... by vignouse

OCOLOY Day 89: A sneaky peak down the driveway...

The house on the right has featured in my project before but viewed from across the lake in front of it. Today I went round the back of the property; tiptoed past the 'Private - No Entry' signs and down the driveway to take a sneaky peak of the rear view. I could hear sounds of activity in the garden so I didn't want to venture any farther on to the property...

View on black for maximum impact.

This image is SOOC and is part of my ongoing OCOLOY project - you can read more about it in my profile.
Really lovely view, Richard! I love the composition, especially the black massed in the corner, with the rest of it.

Rule of 1/3rds a go-go! Very much like the black twig imbroglio in front of the bald tree, the spooky smoke...but most of all the beacon gorse buds, stage left.

@888rachel Funny you should say that Rachel as in January 2015 I posted a picture of this house taken from across the lake and processed to create a spooky feel. You can see that image here - http://365project.org/vignouse/365/2015-01-19 - and, despite appearances, this was taken in broad daylight.
