OCOLOY Day 130: Keep Out... or Keep In?

This is the door to the basement of a nearby school: I'm not sure if the purpose is to keep us out or the kids in... but the lock is on the outside! (Didn't have the sensor plane quite parallel to the door... easily fixed if I wasn't posting only sooc images!)
