For years and years and years the only service we have had for Easter is the Easter Vigil on Saturday night. For years and years and years I have nervously followed along trying to start the music at the right time and not make too many mistakes. Last night I actually relaxed a bit and followed the service. I didn't know they put five pieces of incense in the Easter candle. Learned something new!
that is a neat bit of information. as someone who sits in a pew we appreciate those who do the music and the mistakes are ok and soon forgotten ... lovely that you do it for your church.
