Visited mom today and, as the weather has wreaked havoc with our rural mail service, I took letters to their post office where, to my surprise, I came upon two dozen horses tied along various fence lines just off the main street. They were all saddled and ready to continue on whatever adventure their riders were undertaking. I didn't want to disturb them too much, but I could not resist getting a few photos. They looked so wonderfully western!
