Francoise challenged me to do a monochrome picture in color (i.e. just one color, but not grey). I thought the cowboys looked good in sepia, and even better after I grunged it up a bit in Topaz. Is sepia a monochrome in color? Maybe? Oh well, cowboys and horses and wind and clouds look good in sepia...
Francoise @francoise A sepia treatment for the cowboys. Does that count?

Fantastic shot! I has that aged feel to it and the grunge processing adds drama.

I think sepia was an excellent choice for this photo, even tho' I've not seen it in color. It gives it a cohesiveness and an "atmosphere" (?) that I think colors would detract from. Fav

@aecasey definitely! Completely timeless (pole light not withstanding). Great subject for sepia.

@aecasey we are partners again this week. How about doing a photo from the following quote: " The most beautiful experience we can have is the mysterious. It is the fundamental emotion that stands at the cradle of true art and true science. Whoever does not know it and can no longer wonder, no longer marvel, is as good as dead, and his eyes are dimmed." I'm pretty sure it's A Einstein.
