This is a shot of St Dogmael's statue located in the 'Shingrig' of the village that bears his name.
St Dogmael was a 6th Century Saint.
No details of the life of S. Dogmael are extant, however, the Welsh genealogies connect him with one of the three saintly tribes of Wales by making him the son of Ithel ap Ceredig ap Cunedda Wledig.
His activities appear to be confined mainly to Pembrokeshire, where there are a number of churches that bear his name.
