Every month I make a "Champagne Meal".
This started when my Sister got me 12 bottles of fizz as a Christmas pressie and I decided to do something different with them. I think I am on year six now and I have never missed a month.
My Sister sends me 6 English "Champagnes" from the Rathfinney Estate and we get 6 "traditional" champagnes.

Rocky road bites
I like haggis too & every alternate year we go the a Burns night. It’s a thank you to all the people involved with the production& delivery of our free Focus magazine. Should have been on Friday but it was cancelled.
