A Touch of Paris by allie912

A Touch of Paris

This afternoon John and I took a stroll through a quaint district of Richmond called Carytown, noted for its one-of-a-kind shops and restaurants. Looking over my pictures, I saw a real flavor of the cafes and sidewalks of Paris. I think that is what gives this district its charm. Use the magnifier for full effect.
I like the bright red umbrellas on the one shot, and the cool chair on the center one. The side walk cafe's are neat to stop and have a drink or sandwich.

Nice collage...these are times I wish I lived in the city...must be nice to be so close to so many quaint restaurants...out my way they are mostly chain restaurants.

You are right, if we didn't know, it could be Paris. I wonder what Helene would make of it. So good to have the weather to sit outside. Thank you for your comments, glad you liked my pond collage. I spend half my time taking pictures instead of getting on with the job in hand!!
