Church on Saturday

My congregation hosted a presbyterian-wide gathering today, and I was there to help in a small way. I assisted at registration and served communion during the worship service after lunch. It took many people to make the event run smoothly, and everyone did their best to offer hospitality to our guests.

I am an old Presbyterian. Now called Uniting Church here. Not many true Presbyterian Churches around now.

@loey5150 I just read the history of the Uniting Church. I found it fascinating and I am ashamed to say I did not know any of that. I wish more churches could find common ground.
