The prospect of snow has passed in Richmond, but this morning I had to scrape frost from the windshield. Although the area around the edges of the glass was delicately feathered with individual flakes, the center of the windshield was a solid block and took ten minutes with the defroster blowing full strength. Needless to say, I was late for school by (wait for it...) ten minutes.
