Last week I showed you the first peony from the garden, and today was a great proliferation of blooms. I did some crazy retouching to make the flowers really pop. Despite the nighttime atmosphere in my picture, it was actually high noon in the garden. And let me tell you, in the warmth of the noonday sun, the scent of these peonies was heady perfume indeed.
