These two stately trees provide shade and history on our campus. Unfortunately one of these two is not doing very well. It was given treatment this summer with underground injections but I think it may be past help. I hope not. The campus would really miss its presence.
I understand. We had to have a tree taken down last winter and I dreaded the whole process. But i appreciate a lot of elements in the garden more than before so it no longer feels like a negative experience.
